DESCRIPTION:Black Raspberry season is winding down here at Triple R Oasis. What better way to preserve them and enjoy their peak freshness year round than making and canning homemade jam! Our Canning Demonstration will be led by our own Deb McLeod who will share her 45 years of generational knowledge on proper canning techniques including tips for picking berries\, prepping fruit for preservation\, selecting the right tools\, and tricks for achieving the tastiest batch of jam. \nThis Demonstration will include seeing a batch of Black Raspberries (harvested here on property at Triple R) from start to finish and will include a Canning Guide for you to take home. Cost for the Demonstration is $25. \nJoin us to learn the Lost Art of making and preserving homemade jam!
